Just clip to you finger and to measure your blood oxygen content and heat rate continuously. It's non-invasive and uses a sensitive beam of light that can measure percentage of hemoglobin in your blood that has oxygen bound to it. As you climb in altitude, this percentage drops off. The higher you go, the lower the percentage. Typically at sea level the O2 is at 98%. At 10,000 ft. it drops to 90%. At 20,000 ft. it drops to 80%. This is called hypoxia. The pulse oximeter measures these changes in O2 percentages within seconds. This sophisticated little device is similar to those used by medical professionals.
